We offer a 7-day refund policy. You can request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Eligibility for Refund

 

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • It must be unworn, unused, with the original tag intact
  • It should be returned in its original packaging
  • Refunds will not be accepted if:
  • The tag is removed
  • The product has been used

Acceptable Reasons for Refund

 

  • We accept refund requests in the following cases:
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • You are not satisfied with the colour or quality of the product

  • Once your request is approved, we will initiate a pickup from your address.

Refund Process

 

  1. After we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, we will process the refund.
  2. The approved refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 5–7 working days.
